Smoke Butter popcorn
One of the latest trends to hit London restaurants and bars is smoked butter Popcorn.
We recently had a request from a customer who had tasted some in none other than Gilbert Scott ( 2 Michelin starred chef Marcus Wareing’s second restaurant). She wanted to recreate the recipe and had hunted high and low for Smoked butter, after searching the internet she soon came across Derimon Smokery.
After a quick email the butter was dispatched via courier and arrived in time for the saturday evening.
Not Bad for a fiver!
