Great British Menu BBC 2 -- Our smoked mature  Welsh cheddar was the Welsh finalist with chef, Aled Williams  for HRH Prince Charles .

We had to decline the invitation to be at the banquet, as we were in Vancouver ,but are listed as in the Top 100 British food producers .
