Garlic , Smoked

Long platted braids of garlic bulbs are oak smoked .

The smoke imparts a new flavour to the garlic ,similar to the effect of roasting garlic.

It can be used as with normal garlic, although is best chipped , not crushed ,when sprinkling over salads.
