Duck breast , Hot smoked and marinaded in vintage port

Large plump duck breasts which are marinaded in vintage port before being cold smoked and then hot smoked .

 

Make an ideal starter ,when sliced as thinly as possible and allowed to come to room temperature before serving. One breast is enough for 6-8 people with a side salad . 

 

Try a mixed poultry starter by combining the duck with our delicious hot smoked chicken breasts.

 

All the duck fat is released during the hot smoking process.
