Monkfish tail , Cold Smoked

 Angler fish  tail fillets ( Lophius piscatorius ) from the Irish Sea , sometimes referred to as Monkfish tails were marketed as ( Mock Scampi )  until the demand for them, particularly in Spain  raised their value above that of scampi 

( Nephrops norwedicus ), the Dublin Bay prawn.

Welsh chef ( Dudley , has featrured dishes with these at the Derimon kitchen on ITV Wales.
