Seabass fillets , Cold Smoked

Hand filleted Fresh wild Seabass ( Dicentrarchus labrax ) from the fast waters of the Menai Strait gently smoked over Welsh oak and vacuum packed. Largest fish caught in 2006 was 14 lbs on live sandeels.
